Woman Sees Her Late Grandmother\u2019s Face in Her Baby\u2019s Ultrasound<\/h2>\n

<\/span>In June, Debbie King went in for her 20-week ultrasound of her unborn daughter and noticed that she looks exactly like her late grandmother.<\/p>\n

She explained, \u201cThe scan was on the side of my fridge and I didn\u2019t pay much attention because I just thought all of the scans looked the same. It wasn\u2019t until my friend said she could see a face that I looked at it properly. As soon as I did I could see it was Nanny. It\u2019s not like you\u2019ve even got to squint. I showed it to a few other people and they agreed it looks like her. They thought it was the strangest thing that they have ever seen in their whole lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Mirror Online,<\/a><\/u> Kings 82-year-old grandmother, Teresa, passed away in February 2012 after struggling with dementia for two years. Teresa was married for 30 years and had four children and six grandchildren. If she were still alive today, she would be a great-grandmother to four children.<\/p>\n

King believes that the ultrasound is a sign that her grandmother is still with her. She said, \u201cI used to talk to her about everything. I still ask her things in my head and this has made me realize she\u2019s listening. It feels like she is watching over us. It has made me feel a lot more at ease during the pregnancy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Debbie\u2019s 25-year-old sister Amanda confirmed that the scan resembled her grandmother. She said,<\/a><\/u> \u201cWhen I looked at the picture the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. It was the creepiest thing I have ever seen. Obviously when someone really close to you passes away, you look for signs of them everywhere and we were wondering if that\u2019s what we were doing. But everyone agreed that the family resemblance is uncanny.\u201d<\/p>\n
