Leaders of Oklahoma City’s Church of Ahriman set the stage for their event at a small theater in the Civic Center Music Hall. The mass and another ritual, the consumption of Mary, were abbreviated versions of what would happen at a Satanist church on Sunday.
A larger prayer rally was held outside by the national group, The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family, and Property.
Adam Daniels, who lead the Black Mass, said attendance at this annual black mass is usually low because people may be scared to attend. He said the Christian events held in response to his also keep attendance down.

BLACKFOOT – A Blackfoot family says angels were protecting their little girl when a mountain lion picked her up and dragged her during a camping trip Friday.

Thousands of worshippers trouped into St. Augustine Catholic in Nenger, Makurdi, the Benue State capital as news of a bleeding crucifix spread through the town.
According to eye witnesses, worshippers noticed blood dripping from the knees, feet and on the wall where the statue of Jesus Christ was hung in the front of the church.
The place quickly turned into a pilgrimage sight as worshippers jostled to catch a glimpse of the modern day miracle while others to confess their sins believing the end had come.
The Catholic diocese of Makurdi is yet to make a statement concerning the incident.

John Paul II’s assailant wants to be a priest
In an interview with Italian TV channel Canale 5, Ağca says he wants to travel with the Pope to Fatima in 2017 to pray with him to the Madonna.
Ağca, 58, served 19 years in an Italian prison for the shooting before he was pardoned in the jubilee year of 2000 at the Pontiff’s request. He was deported to Turkey, where he spent an additional decade behind bars until 2010.
“Here in Turkey, I live as a pensioner wasting my time,” Ağca said in the interview.
“That’s why I want to make an appeal to Pope Francis: Welcome me in the Vatican, and I will become a priest,” he said.
“After John Paul II visited me in prison, I thought about it, and I studied the Gospel at length,” he said. “I know the sacred books better than many others. If the Pope welcomes me, I’ll be a priest and I will celebrate Mass, if he wants me.”

On the 17th of December, 1899, the fast mail on the way from Bordeaux to Paris met with a collision. In the mail car was Gabriel Gargam, a 30-year-old post office express clerk. At the time of the wreck the train was going at the speed of fifty miles an hour. By the crash Gargam was thrown fifty-two feet. He was terribly bruised and broken and paralyzed from the waist down. He was barely alive when lifted onto a stretcher. Taken to a hospital, his existence for some time was a living death. After eight months he had wasted away to a mere skeleton, weighing but seventy-eight pounds, although normally a big man. His feet became gangrenous. He could take no solid food and was obliged to take nourishment by a tube. Only once in twenty-four hours could he be fed even that way.
Gargam’s condition was pitiable in the extreme. He could not help himself even in the most trifling needs. Two trained nurses were needed day and night to assist him. Previous to the accident, Gargam had not been to church for fifteen years. His aunt, who was a nun of the Order of the Sacred Heart, begged him to go to Lourdes. He refused. She continued her appeals to him to place himself in the hands of Our Lady of Lourdes. He was deaf to all her prayers. After continuous pleading of his mother he consented to go to Lourdes. It was now two years since the accident, and not for a moment had he left his bed all that time. He was carried on a stretcher to the train. The exertion caused him to faint, and for a full hour he was unconscious. They were on the point of abandoning the pilgrimage, as it looked as if he would die on the way, but the mother insisted, and the journey was made.
Arrived at Lourdes, he was carried to the miraculous pool and tenderly placed in its waters–no effect. Rather a bad effect resulted, for the exertion threw him into a swoon and he lay apparently dead. On the way back they saw the procession of the Blessed Sacrament approaching. They stood aside to let it pass, having placed a cloth over the face of the man whom they supposed to be dead.
As the priest passed carrying the Sacred Host, he pronounced Benediction over the sorrowful group around the covered body. Soon there was a movement from under the covering. To the amazement of the bystanders, the body raised itself to a sitting posture. While the family were looking dumbfounded and the spectators gazed in amazement, Gargam said in a full, strong voice that he wanted to get up. He got up and stood erect, walked a few paces and said that he was cured. The multitude looked in wonder, and then fell on their knees and thanked God for this new sign of His power at the shrine of His Blessed Mother. For two years hardly any food had passed his lips but now he sat down to the table and ate a hearty meal.
On August 20th, 1901, sixty prominent doctors examined Gargam. Without stating the nature of the cure, they pronounced him entirely cured. Gargam, out of gratitude to God in the Holy Eucharist and His Blessed Mother, consecrated himself to the service of the invalids at Lourdes. Fifteen years after his miraculous cure he was still engaged in his strenuous and devoted work. He was for years a living, visible testimony of the supernatural.
PRAYER: May the Heart of Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament be praised, adored and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time.

The late Arvin S. Gibson was a retired nuclear engineer, a prominent near-death experience researcher and a co-founder of the Utah chapter of IANDS. His research culminated in the publication of several major works on the subject of NDEs including research on how NDE research supports doctrines of the Mormon (LDS) Church. In 1996, Arvin Gibson interviewed a firefighter named John Hernandez who had a most unusual NDE while working with other firefighters in a forest. What makes it unique is that it happened at the same time as several co-workers were also having an NDE. During their NDEs, they actually met each other and saw each other above their lifeless bodies. All survived and they verified with each other afterwards that the experience actually happened. At the homily Monsignor uttered the following words:
Dear Brother Bishops:
Twelve years as pastor in San Nicolas and having followed this Marian event with faith and responsibility, I know from the beginning have grown in the decision to admit to my diocese.
I worked in consultation with experts and witnesses and aware that the duty to monitor or intervene rests primarily with the local ordinary, I assume, as the bishops who preceded me, the decision to support, guide and testify about this event in San Nicolas.
I judged the fact according to two criteria: Positives and negatives and in both cases there were no errors.
I discerned on three specific criteria, namely:
Event Is naturally occurring? Can it be work of the enemy? Is it supernatural origin? And the answers to these questions left me sure that it is the real and positive fruit exceeding mere human action.
On the occasion of the Jubilee of Mercy of the pilgrims from the Diocese, I announce this valid decision for the flock which I guide and accompany with it the presentation of a book entitled “SPIRITUAL SCHOOL OF SANTA MARIA DEL ROSARIO DE SAN NICOLAS” highlighting the most important teachings in the messages she gives us for our commitment to everything he tells us because he is the culmination of revelation.
I promulgated it this Sunday, May 22 at the Mass for pilgrims from the Marian Shrine and celebrating this jubilee on the seventh anniversary of his coronation.
Thus:
